Returns & Refunds

We completely stand behind the operational quality of our StopWatt device. If our hardware does not adequately fulfill the power optimization metrics of your property, we offer a straightforward return process.

60-Day Evaluation Period

Buyers have exactly 60 days from the delivery timestamp to submit a reimbursement request. To qualify for a full refund, the unit must remain in proper mechanical condition and be stored inside its original product packaging.

Requesting a Return

To request an official product return authorization, please contact our support representatives through the following channels:

Our team will provide a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking code along with shipping rules. Packages sent back to our centers without a registered RMA code cannot be processed by our logistics department.

Processing Refunds

Once our validation team reviews and approves the returned unit, we will issue an electronic notification. Approved funds are returned directly to your original payment method. Please note that credit corporations usually require 5 to 10 business days to clear the transaction onto your statements.

Shipping Costs

The consumer bears full financial accountability for all mailing fees necessary to dispatch the device back to us. Any initial fulfillment charges incurred during the checkout process remain entirely non-refundable.
